Subban's mask transformed into a bodybag...💀

Malcolm Subban's new Boston Bruins mask is scarier than ever...😱

The mask is not a mask... It is transformed into a bodybag...😬 And check out the zipper... It opens up and what is inside the bag is coming out... Watch out! It is The Grim Reaper...!💀

I love the challenge to transform the masks into something else, and what can be more scary than a bodybag... Malcolm and I brainstormed different ideas during summer and this design emerged. I started to paint and create.🎨

And for sure the design is loaded with all the DAVEART Trademark Super FX💎.

Thanks Malcolm, I am so proud to be your personal mask artist.😊

Svedberg´s latest Bruins mask with extreme weathered effects…☔

I am very happy to present Niklas Svedberg´s new Bruins mask artwork 🐻 . It is created in a totally wild vintage style. Me and Niklas talked a lot how to create the look. Our ideas emerged and this piece came to us...

The logos of Bruins are in focus, and it is created with extreme weathered effects, even rust effects is coming from the screws🐻 .

I love to always come up with new design ideas!

And of course the design is loaded with insane detail work and all the DAVEART Trademark Super FX🌟 all over the mask, among them the incredibly popular Hologram FX 2.0 💎… Only from DAVEART. The holograms gives the design insane paint effects when you are seeing it live… 👊

Wildlife on Johnson´s new Bruins mask

Love to be your painter Chad and evolve your mask art from mask to mask, it is such a creative process, thanks Chad!

It´s with a great pleasure we present Chad ‪#‎Johnson ´s latest ‪#‎NHL‬ mask for his new team Boston Bruins. A design that live and breath ‪#Boston #Bruins‬.

This new design is created in a clean retro style, all build on the beautiful logos of Boston Bruins, and when you come closer you will discover the wildlife of Massachusetts. A design that delivers both on a distance, and up close when you discover all the details and effects.

The design is a direct continuation of Chad´s previous masks that I have created.

I love to make different mask designs in very different styles from day to day and try to be as versatile as possible.

This design is created so it works in all a angles, and the ‪#‎DAVEART‬ trademark effects delivers, ‪#‎3DPaintTech‬, ‪#‎MetallicFX‬, ‪#‎NanoDetailPaintTech‬, ‪#‎GhostSmoke‬ and more…

Svedberg´s new Boston mask is here

Boston Bruins´s keeper Niklas Svedberg´s new mask is here, it is a clean continuation of his past masks.

#Svedberg and me always talk and brainstorm a lot when we are working on new designs together. A design plan was crystallized during summer. Clean and crisp lines and fields creates this old school profile on a distance, and we used the cage as a part of the design. When you come closer you will discover a new dimension of detail work, and the design tells the story of #BostonBruins.

And just as usual you will find the Godfather as a part of the design, just as always on Svedberg´s masks :)

And as always the #NHL design is loaded with all the #DAVEART trademark effects.

Me and Niklas have been working for so many years, and I´m looking forward to many more years. So happy to be your artist Niklas! :)

You are welcome to check out the mask in the mask gallery or on our Facebook page. You´ll also find a lot of behind the scene photos on our Instagram, and you´re welcome to follow us also on Twitter.

Badass bear...

With this mask on Tuukka Rask will be transformed into a badass bear... Maximum power and action, just what I love to paint. And as always when you come closer you will discover more and more details, and when you come really close you will discover tributes to legendary Bruins players...

As usual the design is pimped with so much Special FX, from Holographix FX, 3-D PaintTech, GhostSmoke and much more. I had fun when I created this one...

You're all welcome to check out Tuukka Rask's Bruins mask in the mask gallery. Thank you all for your interest.

Vito on Svedberg’s new mask

I am very happy to present my buddy Niklas Svedberg’s new Bruins mask. I feel like a very lucky dude, to every day wake up and do what I love the most, to paint.

Those of you who have seen Niklas’ previous masks will know what he wants on his masks... I’ve done many masks for Niklas, and he has a favorite movie always showing up on his mask’s... But this time painted I it in a new way. I love to paint in new styles and always come up with new ideas. Every mask is always 100% unique.

The design is created as an old school design with the awesome Bruins logos and colors, and in the Bruins layout I created an artwork with Mr Vito. And the closer you look the more details you will discover, and the design transforms in front of your eyes. Just as usual the design is pimped with so much details and special effects.

Thanks Niklas, I had so fun when I painted this one for you. :-)

Check out the mask in the mask gallery. Thank you all for your interest.

Hutchinson got a new look

Today we have the pleasure to present the new Boston Bruins mask artwork for Michael Hutchinson. Welcome to us Michael, I am proud to be your artist. :-)

It was such a joy to create Bruins Origin, it's the name of this custom made artwork. I love to think outside the box and every day come up with new design solutions. Every mask I create is 100% unique.

Michael contacted me early and wanted me to create his new mask look. I was very honored and I started to brainstorm new ideas at once.

The design is all built on the awesome Bruins logos and uniform and the whole design is created as a so called 2 in 1 design. From a distance it is a clear old school vintage design with strong contrasts, but the closer you come the more and more details you will discover, and the mask enters a new dimension.

And when you come really close you discover extreme detail work with vintage artworks, 3-D FX, metallic FX, Holographix FX, GhostSmoke and much more. I just love to create details and designs within designs.

Welcome to check out Hutchinson's new Boston Bruins mask, you will find it all over, in the mask gallery on the site, on social networks Facebook and Flickr and in the DAVEART App...! Thank you all for visiting my site and checking out my paintings! Take care.

Gargoyles have landed in Boston

Today we have the honor to present my buddy Marty Turco´s latest lid, his Boston Bruins mask. The cruel gargoyles have landed in Boston, guarding the goal, and these are really badass gargoyles, pimped in bear fur...!

I have created so many gargoyles for Marty through the years. When I created these ones I was a bit inspired from the gargoyles of the Notre Dame Cathedral, they are really cool.

And just as usual the design is so action packed of details, just what I love to create. In the background you find the Boston skyline, and much much more, stuff you can´t see on photo.

Welcome to check out Turco´s Bruins mask in the mask gallery. And in the App and on Facebook... :-) Thank you for your interest.

Mask with theme from the Winter Classic 2010 game

Today we present a mask that was really fun to paint. It was ordered by NHL that wanted a mask with a Winter Classic 2010 theme, the outdoor game that was played between the Boston Bruins and the Philadelphia Flyers this winter. I created graphics with ice falling apart, the club logos and the logo of the event.

Check out the mask in DAVEART MaskGallery and on the DAVEART fan page on Facebook!
