Marek Mazanec´s new Nashville Predators mask is built by blocks…. It is a true Blockbuster :)

The blocks all over the mask creates together a unique Nashville Predators design, and not only that, it is also totally ripped into pieces by the badass claws of a Predator… I love action in the paint :)

The #NHL design is joyride of extreme detail work and 3D paint effects, created into a #Nashville #Predators design that works in 360 degrees. Just love to think outside the box and discover new paint styles every day with my airbrush. I am so thankful so many goalies all over the world wants my paint :)

Just as usual it is loaded with all kinds of #DAVEART trademark effects.

James Reimer´s Winter Classic 2014 mask has the blueprints of Optimus Reim...

I am very proud to present James Reimer´s custom created mask for the NHL Winter Classic 2014 game. It was such a joy to create and evolve this #NHL piece.

An old school design, in total sync with the awesome Toronto Maple Leafs Winter Classic uniform. But it is so much more than meets the eye… when you come closer you will discover the total blueprint of the construction of Optimus Reim.

This #Toronto #MapleLeafs design is a design within the design the closer you come, I just love to crazy in details and 3D effects. And you will find all kind of #DAVEART trademark effects here, not only 3D PaintTech, here is also Metallic FX, Holographics FX, GhostSmoke and so much more...

The electrical lightings all over the mask shows the electrical feelings James #Reimer has when he enters the ice in every game.

Me and James have been working together for many years. This mask is a direct continuation of his past #OptimusReim masks. Once again you will also find Optimus classic flames, and the Winter Classic logo is on the chin, created in metal style as a logo on a truck grill… :)

Gustavsson´s Winter Classic mask

It is with a great joy we present Jonas Gustavsson´s latest Detroit Red Wings mask for the Winter Classic 2014 game.

It was so exciting to create this very unique #NHL piece. The design is created in a very old school style, loaded with the history of #DetroitRedWings. I just love to paint and create in old school style.

The design is created so it works in 360 degrees and both on a distance as up close, and in total sync with Red Wings Winter Classic uniform.

And just as usual it is loaded with extreme detail work, just what I love to paint, and all the #DAVEART trademark effects… :)

I want to thank for the opportunity to paint this mask. I am so proud to be your personal painter Jonas, I remember when I painted your first mask Jonas back in the 90s :) After that is has been very many Monster masks :)

Starkbaum´s new Brynäs bucket is here

It was so exciting to paint and create Bernhard Starkbaum´s latest SHL mask for his new team Brynäs.

Every single mask I create is totally unique, love the challenge to come up with new design ideas day in day out, all year around. I have been doing this for 18 years now, and it is more exciting for every year, it just comes more and more ideas :)

Starki´s new #SHL mask is created as an old school mask, totally breathing Brynäs to 100%. But hey it is something going on, it has been badly ripped… by a badass tiger or something…

The design is totally loaded with details and 3D effects to be discovered all over the mask.

Bernier´s Winter Classic mask pays tribute to pond hockey

Today we have the pleasure to present Toronto Maple Leafs keeper Jonathan Bernier´s custom made #NHL mask for the Winter Classic 2014 game.

The design is a tribute to the origin of true hockey, kids playing hockey on a pond. Golden memories from our childhood. When Jonathan told me his wishes for his design I immediately came up with a plan how to create it.

Kids are playing on the pond with their friends and in the goal is a parent, and lots and lots of details in the background creates a nice depth to the design.

It was so exciting to create this piece for you Jonathan! Love to be your personal artist. We have been working together for many years and I am looking forward to create many more masks with you :)

Just as usual the #DAVEART design is fully loaded with extreme detail work and stories to tell. Just as usual in a true #Bernier design it is a lion in the design, here it is holding the #WinterClassic shield.
