The LEGO goalie is here...

Yes when you are a NHL goalie from Denmark, the land of LEGO, just like Frederik Andersen of the Anaheim Ducks, then you truly are a LEGO goalie :)

Me and Frederik often brainstorm cool mask design ideas together, and this idea popped up… I made some quick sketches and there it was.

Frederik is transformed into a LEGO guy on the mask, of course with Ducks outfit and a goalie mask, and he is building a brickwall with LEGO to protect the goal from pucks… :) And on the LEGO brickwall someone has put up a poster of the cool Ducks logo..

I just love to come up with new nice mask ideas day in day out. And just load the design with nice details. Check in close on the mask, you will also find the Danish mermaid, a famous landmark of Copenhagen, the Capital City of Denmark.

As usual the design is totally loaded with details and all the DAVEART trademark effects such as 3D PaintTech :) And so much more… :)

Today we have the pleasure to present the Luleå HF's goalie Daniel Larsson's new SHL mask.

The whole design is built and created all in the details. On a distance it is a clean classic design, breathing Luleå hockey to 100% with the Luleå bear in focus. Then when you come closer a treasure map of details opens up and it takes you on a journey to the north of Sweden. A design that breath the history of Luleå Hockey.

It is always so exciting to paint and create for you Daniel! We have been working together for many years and I am looking forward to many years of great cooperation and evolve your mask art from mask to mask :)

The Swedish Champ mask is here...

I am very proud to present the Swedish Champs Skellefteå AIK's goalie Markus Svensson's new SHL mask. The design is a tribute to the wildlife of the North of Sweden, all created in total harmony with the uniform and a rising SAIK sun…

It is always so exciting to paint and create for you Markus! I remember when Markus was a little goalie boy and he followed the big goalie boys in Oskarshamn to my studio when they ordered new masks.. The time flies by :)

We wanted to create a design that works in all angles and feels like 100% Skellefteå. I just love to paint details, of course this mask is loaded with it, and for sure all the DAVEART trademark effects :)

Johansson´s new Frölunda mask in a wild 3D style...

The King´s crown in sparkling glitter and hologram…

Today we have the pleasure to present the new crown of the King of Manhattan and my friend Henrik Lundqvist. People get ready for the coming NHL season...

The design sparkles like a diamond just as usual, is a continuation of the mask art me and Henrik have created together for so many years. The razors are now created in sparkling silver, and the design is so totally loaded with extreme detail work and DAVEART trademark effects, and of course the new insanely popular paint effect DAVEART Hologram FX 2.0… :)

And as a little tribute to Team Sweden you will also find three crowns in this design, one on each side on the statue of liberty, and you will also find one in the middle in the blue...

It is always so fun to paint and evolve the mask art for Henrik Lundqvist, and we have so much more cool stuff in the pipeline for the coming season… be ready :)
