Rautio´s new Linköping mask is a rock

Today we have the pleasure to unleash the new rocking mask of the Linköping goalie David Rautio.

Me and David have been working together for so many years and it is always so thrilling to create his masks. We do many sketches and send back and forth to each other to evolve the ideas from mask to mask.

I am so proud to be your painter David!

The whole design is built on rocks, white rocks because David wanted a mask with a lot of white. And the closer you come to the design the more the it transforms in front of your eyes, and the Linköping lion emerges in front of your eyes.

And as usual the mask is loaded with all the DAVEART trademark effects and extreme details. Among them the bird Berguv, because that bird is important to David, and you also find a music artist there… very connected to Linköping :)

Högberg transformed into a fighter jet...

In his new SHL mask Marcus Högberg will be transformed into a fighter jet, and not only a fighter jet, it is the Swedish fighter jet JAS 39 Gripen, created in the same city as the team!

In his JAS 30 Gripen mask Marcus will fly in the speed of Mach 2 in the arena of Linköpings HC. The arena with the new name Saab Arena, named after the company building the jets!

I just love to paint details, of course this mask is created with all the same details as the real fighter jet, just check ot all the details and signs :)
