Today we have the pleasure to present Juuse Saros first pro mask artwork in his new team💀.

Rinne's mask for his cousin❤️

Pekka Rinne told me he wanted to create a unique mask for his dear cousin Väne❤️.

A mask which is a tribute to their childhood and how they grew up together playing hockey, Pekka and his cousins👶.

Pekka and I brainstormed together during summer how the design could be created. We came up with a plan and I started to paint🎨.

On a distance it is a clean cut Predators design with the logo in focus in the middle😼. The graphics in blue and white and yellow makes it a design breathing Nashville Predators. And of course you will also find the Finnish lion🇫🇮.

When you come really close you will discover the detail work and the design transforms into a Storyteller design in front of your eyes📚.

On the side you will find paintings of Pekka' cousins and his sister as kids. On the other side paintings of Pekka and his cousins playing pond hockey as kids, and also a painting of Pekka playing as a pro with his team Nashville Predators😺. You will also find the logo of their youth hockey team👍🏻.

Thanks Pekka for your trust in my art, it was a pleasure to create this piece for you. Pekka and I have been working together for many years and it is always a joyride to create a new Pekka Rinne design.😀

Rinne becomes General Maximus…💪

Unleash hell! Yea that is what General Maximus and his army scream when they goes to attack!💥

With his new mask Pekka Rinne of the Nashville Predators 😼 becomes General Maximus… So this mask is a prequel to Pekka´s previous mask, the Gladiator mask! This is the mask General Maximus used before he became The Gladiator! We are sure you have seen the Gladiator movie… :) 🎬

As usual the design is loaded with insane detail work to create the intense soul of General Maximus´ power 👊. I love to always try to come up with new design ideas, never stand still, always move forward, just like General Maximus! 🚀

And for sure the design is loaded with all the DAVEART Trademark Super FX💎, among the G.L.O.W FX Tech💡 and Holographix FX🎆… only from DAVEART :)

Rinne´s mask transformed into a country guitar

This winter Nashville Predators run a mask contest and the fans could draw a mask design for Pekka. I paint it and Pekka will use it for one game, and then the winner gets the mask!

It was so fun to paint it!

The winner this year was Scott Sulfridge with his genious design idea, and today we have the pleasure to present the winner mask. Scott, I was honored to paint your design!

The mask totally breath country music and downtown Nashville. The mask is transformed into a country guitar, and you will also find other instruments there, such as a piano, and of course the Nashville skyline, and so much more. I just love to paint details :)

And just as usual the design is loaded with all kind of DAVEART trademark effects.

A country show on Dubnyk´s new Predators mask

Today we have the great pleasure to present Devan Dubnyk´s new Nashville Predators mask.

Devan knew exactly what he wanted on his new Predators mask… He wanted some cool Predators playing some sweet country music. We brainstormed ideas together and a design plan crystallized… :)

The Predators on each side of the mask are getting ready to play a Nashville song, they check out the music band behind them and they start to play. I loved every minute to create and paint this mask.

As you can see the Predators are downtown Nashville, you find a couple of famous bars there in the background. I just love to go crazy in the details.

Just as usual the design is loaded with all the DAVEART trademark effects, and so much more :)

Rinne transformed into a Predator monster with an ExoSkeleton… and watch out, it is overheated...

In his new mask Pekka Rinne will be transformed into a Predator monster with huge teeth… and not only that, the monster is also stronger than ever with his ExoSkeleton… And check out the power switch, it is put ”on”… And wow, just check out the hydraulic pumps giving this monster the strongest bite ever…

The ExoSkeleton is put on the monster with screws and stuff, it is bleeding from the gums… it is full of pain to be a Predator monster with an ExoSkeleton…

The ExoSkeleton has the same shape as the Predator logo, check out the eyes and the ears… 100% Nashville Predators… :)

The monster has lost some of his teeth, but his surgical team has fixed it and put on external teeth, sharp as knives… and check out the big front teeth… they got that from Rambo Steel Corp. That is what we call a knife…

But hey what is going on, the system is overheated and the whole ExoSkeleton catches fire… it is coming fire in the eyes, mouth and all over…. Check out the digital display on the front, it has the warning sign ”System overheated”..!! Watch out!

O man I love to be your artist Pekka, it is so fun and creative to come up with new ideas for you!

Mazanec´s Predators mask is built by blocks… a true Blockbuster :)

Marek Mazanec´s new Nashville Predators mask is built by blocks…. It is a true Blockbuster :)

The blocks all over the mask creates together a unique Nashville Predators design, and not only that, it is also totally ripped into pieces by the badass claws of a Predator… I love action in the paint :)

The #NHL design is joyride of extreme detail work and 3D paint effects, created into a #Nashville #Predators design that works in 360 degrees. Just love to think outside the box and discover new paint styles every day with my airbrush. I am so thankful so many goalies all over the world wants my paint :)

Pelle the Nashville country singer is here

Just as usual Pete No-tail shows up on Magnus Hellberg´s masks. Pete is a famous swedish cartoon, or as we call him in Sweden Pelle Svanslös. Pelle comes from the same city as Magnus, Uppsala, so that is why he always pop up on Magnus masks :-)

Me and Magnus have been working together for many years and it´s always so fun to paint the Pelle masks for him. Love to work with you Magnus.

This time I came up with this idea, how about create Pelle as a country star, since he is now living in Nashville... Sure thing, I gave him a guitar and a cowboy hat and put him on the #NHL mask. And in the background you can see the famous Uppsala church with the twin towers.

The design of the mask is created as a crisp and clean design, all built on the cool #Nashville #Predators logos. A design that works in all 360 degrees for #Hellberg. Strong contrasts on a distance, and when the TV cameras zoom the mask you will discover all the detail work and much more. And some of the details you can't even see on photos, you have to see it live, especially all the #DAVEART Holographic effects. Just love to paint and create details

Rinne has a facehugger stuck in his face…

Is Pekka Rinne a badass goalie or what…? Even though he has a facehugger stuck in his predator face, he just keep on playing, nothing can stop this dude! He use the facehugger as his goalie mask!

Watch out so this facehugger doesn´t attack you, I don't think it´s so comfortable to have that in the face...

It´s with a great joy we present the new #NHL bucket for Pekka #Rinne. I´ve been working with #Nashville#Predators´ super goalie for many years and together we´re having a joyride with every mask creation we create together I can promise you that. I love to always try come up with new ideas and evolve new designs and styles, design that works in 360 degrees… And it´s loaded with all the #trademark #DAVEART effects. :-)

Pekka Rinne is transformed into The Voodoo PredGoalie...!

Beware...! The Voodoo PredGoalie is here, more furious than ever...! No wonder with all those big bad needles all over the head... Nashville Predators' keeper Pekka Rinne is transformed into a Voodoo doll with this mask on, or maybe more precise a Voodoo Predator doll... And nothing can hold the predator back, not even if it's attached with big bad needles... He is chewing his way out from the Voodoo mask and is ready to play...

The Voodoo Predator is so pumped to play that he is drooling...and he may need to go to a dentist after the game cause I see a tooth flying...

It was a cold windy morning this fall I came up with this idea, Pekka at once gave me green light and I can't tell you enough how fun it was to create! :-) I just love to go crazy in detail work.

Jeremy’s mask is a time machine

Today we have the pleasure to present a time machine mask. We built Jeremy Smith’s new Nashville Predators design inspired by the very first mask designs from the 70s with the very bold, crisp and old school looks, all built on the team logos and clear colors, and we mixed that with the modern and cool Predators logos.

I made some test sketches and the plan worked perfect and I went to work. From a distance it is a crisp look, but when you come closer the action kicks in... :-)

Behind the clean look you will find a treasure map of detail work, with effects like Holographix FX, Metallic FX, GhostSmoke and much more. I can tell you I had fun when I painted this one. :-) Love to work with you Jeremy!

Rinne transformed into The Predator...

Watch out Arnold Schwarzenegger... with this mask on Pekka Rinne is transformed into The Predator behind the old school mask! Love to be your painter Pekka!

This new creation is a direct continuation of Pekka´s previous insanely popular mask designs with Predator monster behind the old school mask... and here Pekka is transformed into The Predator from the Predators movies... You know the Predator with the huge mouth. :-)

Oh man, I remember when I was a kid and saw those movies, I was totally terrified... I can´t tell you enough how fun it was to create this painting... :-)

And just what I love to do, it is totally action packed of details, for example, if you look close you will see the power switch is on, the mask is always ready. And there is so much stuff going on, things you cannot even see in photos.

Lindbäck´s new Predator mask

Today we have the honor to present the new mask of the Nashville Predators goalie Anders Lindbäck. The design is a clean continuation from his previous masks with the main logo big on top in a cool vertical position, and the rest created as a mix of old school design with top modern effects. It all creates a unique look with a lot of hidden messages.

And just as I love to do it is totally action packed of details, stuff you cannot see in photos, and a very unique use of DAVEART Metallic FX.

Here is a couple of photos from yesterday when Pekka Rinne and his Predators played against the Red Wings. He played with the winning mask from Predators´ cool mask contest, where fans got the chance to design a mask for Pekka Rinne. The grand prize was to get the design painted by me on a mask and the mask worn by Pekka in a Predators game, and then finally to keep the game-worn mask! :-)

After the game the winner Liz Guilyard got to meet Pekka and got the mask signed by him. Congrats Liz, I had so fun when I painted your design, you have a great talent!

Engren´s mask is repainted in front of your eyes

I had a really fun hot summer day last summer when I created and painted this design for the Nashville Predators goalie Atte Engren. Atte wanted a design that was a mix of Predators and Admirals...and I love to come up with new ideas... :) How about making the design as a classic Admirals design, that is repainted in front of your eyes into a Predators mask? I made some test drawings and it worked great, Atte loved the idea and I started. The yellow Predators colors are dripping and running all over the mask.

Jeremy Smith´s Predators mask

I am very happy to present the Nashville Predators goalie Jeremy Smith´s latest artwork. I have been painting for Jeremy for a couple of years and it is always so fun. Jeremy always has so cool ideas. This design I created in the middle of the hot summer. First we talked about different ideas, it is very interesting to create a design that is a mix of two teams, Predators and Admirals. This design idea popped up in my head when I was laying at the beach... :) Jeremy immediately gave me green light.

How about splitting the mask by the horizontal middle line, and use that as the ocean line in the painting? It worked great.

The whole design is created as a clean and classic design, yet so full of details ready to be discovered all over the mask. Many of the effects are created with metallic and can only be seen in real.

The upper part is dedicated to Admirals, I painted an ocean line and a cool Admirals ship is cruising the water. A fun detail with the ships is that they are created with an old school brush. I love to mix paint techniques. In the sky above the ocean I created the Admirals skull logo with graphic lines in silver and metallic.

The lower part of the design is a very classic theme with the cool logos of Predators, I really love the new logos.
