The Dark Duck...

Anaheim Ducks

Watch out villains…! Anaheim Duck´s Danish goalie Frederik Andersen is…. Lego DuckMan - The Dark Duck…!👊💥

Frederik Andersen is a huge Lego fan, just like me :) And since Frederik is from Denmark🇩🇰, just like Lego, Frederik wanted to pay tribute to the coolest toy ever :) His Lego mask from last year was a huge success… and he comes the next chapter..🎨

Frederik is transformed into a superhero, The DuckMan…! Of course with the awesome old school Ducks logo on his chest, and the coolest weapon ever… a Lego goalie stick💪 Even the awesome Ducks logos on the sides are transformed into the DuckMan…! 😎

The mask is loaded with all the insane DAVEART Trademark Super FX💎, and among them the GLOW Tech FX 2.0💡, so it glows in the dark, as the true Dark Duck he is…🌴

Thanks Freddie, I am so proud to be your artist and evolve and create and paint for you.💣 And be ready, Freddie and I have lots of more cool stuff in the pipeline…👍

Andersen's tribute mask for Selanne 🌴⚡️

Anaheim Ducks

O man it was so fun to create and paint this piece. Me and Freddie came up with the idea during summer, we must do a cool tribute mask for Selanne for the For8verSelanne game night.🚀

I made som sketches and came up with a concept how it could be created, Freddie liked my ideas, I started to paint with my airbrush.🎨

In the heart of the design is the classic Mighty Ducks logo, but we upgraded it a bit with Selanne's number 8 in the middle 🎱

The rest of the design is created like a symphony of Selanne artworks connecting the piece into a Selanne design.

And it is all loaded with all the DAVEART Trademark Super FX 💎

Thanks Freddie, so proud to be your artist and it was magic for me to create this piece for the living legend Teemu Selanne 🎨😃

You are welcome to check out the mask in the mask gallery or on our Facebook page. You´ll also find a lot of behind the scene photos on our Instagram, and you´re welcome to follow us also on Twitter.

Thank you all 😃❤️

Andersen transformed into Mr Blonde...

Anaheim Ducks

Watch out... With this mask on Frederik Andersen will be transformed into a certain Mr Blonde... Just check out his iconic shirt and tie on the chin of the mask...

Frederik and me loves to come up with new design ideas for every new mask... And a Reservoir Ducks mask feels so good... And more movie themed Andersen masks will come :)

And if you have seen the Reservoir movie you will see Mr Blonde is not a very nice guy... And on the side of the mask you will find Mr Blonde again, with his team, as ducks of course... And he is holding his razor...

And on the other side the Ducks logo, and as a true Reservoir Duck of course he wears sunglasses...:)

Just as usual the design is loaded with effects and details to be discovered all over the mask...

You are welcome to check out the mask in the mask gallery or on our Facebook page. You´ll also find a lot of behind the scene photos on our Instagram, and you´re welcome to follow us also on Twitter.

Thank you all for your interest and thank you Frederik, I am so proud to be your personal artist :)

The LEGO goalie is here...

Anaheim Ducks

Yes when you are a NHL goalie from Denmark, the land of LEGO, just like Frederik Andersen of the Anaheim Ducks, then you truly are a LEGO goalie :)

Me and Frederik often brainstorm cool mask design ideas together, and this idea popped up… I made some quick sketches and there it was.

Frederik is transformed into a LEGO guy on the mask, of course with Ducks outfit and a goalie mask, and he is building a brickwall with LEGO to protect the goal from pucks… :) And on the LEGO brickwall someone has put up a poster of the cool Ducks logo..

I just love to come up with new nice mask ideas day in day out. And just load the design with nice details. Check in close on the mask, you will also find the Danish mermaid, a famous landmark of Copenhagen, the Capital City of Denmark.

As usual the design is totally loaded with details and all the DAVEART trademark effects such as 3D PaintTech :) And so much more… :)

Love to be your painter Frederik! We have already new cool ideas in the pipeline for the next bucket :) Be ready folks.

You are welcome to check out the mask in the mask gallery or on our Facebook page. You´ll also find a lot of behind the scene photos on our Instagram, and you´re welcome to follow us also on Twitter.

Andersen´s Stadium mask is here… and it is more rough than ever...

Anaheim Ducks style=

Today we have the pleasure to present Frederik Andersen´s Stadium mask for his Anaheim Ducks. And this mask creature is one truly rough piece… The design is created in the same wild and violent style as Frederik´s previous Ducks mask…. and this one is even more wilder…

The mask is so beat up so even the logos are up-side-down…! And the orange blood are running all over….

Every single mask I create and paint is totally unique, I love to come up with new ideas day in day out, in totally different styles.

O man I had so fun when I created and painted this #NHL piece for you Frederik! Love to be your painter!

Just as usual it is loaded with all kind of #DAVEART trademark effects, such as Metallic FX, 3D PaintTech, Holographix FX and so much more….!

You are welcome to check out the mask in the mask gallery or on our Facebook page. You´ll also find a lot of behind the scene photos on our Instagram, and you´re welcome to follow us also on Twitter.

Much more to come!

Thank you all, much more to come!

Rough Duck is Andersen´s latest Ducks mask, and it bleed orange….

Anaheim Ducks

It´s with a great joy and pride we present Anaheim Ducks goalie and my buddy Frederik Andersen´s latest Ducks bucket…

Both me and Frederik #Andersen wanted to do something very unique on this #NHL mask, something totally new… An early summer morning this idea came to me… a rough and violent design, in the storm of ducks…..and it bleed orange… Yes when you are a true #Anaheim #Ducks goalie you bleed orange…

The design created totally unique contrasts, it was so exciting to see it grow in front of my eyes. The result was not only a mask that live and breath Anaheim Ducks to 100%, it also bleed Anaheim Ducks…

Just as usual the design is totally packed with extreme detail work, just what I love to do.

I am so proud to be your painter Frederik, we have been working for many years.

You are welcome to check out the mask in the mask gallery or on our Facebook page. You´ll also find a lot of behind the scene photos on our Instagram, and you´re welcome to follow us also on Twitter.

Thank you all.

Ducks One is the name of Frederik’s new Ducks mask

Anaheim Ducks

I am very happy to present Frederik Andersen’s new Ducks mask. We talked a lot about how to create his new mask look, and a mix of modern effects with old school layout crystallized the design.

The closer you come, the more special effects and detail work you will discover and the design transforms in front of your eyes.

It’s awesome to paint for you Frederik! :-)

You're all welcome to check it out, thanks for your interest!

Andersen transforms into an Indian Chief in his new mask

Frölunda Indians
The new Frölunda Indians keeper Frederik Andersen had a classic but cool idea for his Indians mask. He wanted the entire mask painted as an Indian feather warbonnet, transforming himself into an Indian chief. I have painted this type of design many times and it always works. Clear colors and contrasts make the design very distinct also from a long distance. And just as usual lots of detail work that gives a great 3-D depth.

Welcome to check out Frederik Andersen's Frölunda Indians mask in the mask gallery and on Facebook! But the place where the masks can be seen first is always in the DAVEART App for iPhone, iPad and Android...
