Today we have the pleasure to present Daniel Larsson´s new Luleå mask❄️

It is a retro design based on the color of black. The black base gives the design a smooth look, and it is surrounded of elements from the Luleå Hockey uniform. You will find it all here, northern lights☀️, snow flakes❄️ and stripes.

The closer you the more details you will discover 🔎 and the design transforms in front of your eyes and becomes a Storyteller design📚.

Lassinantti's tribute to Myllys on his new Luleå mask

Today we have the pleasure to present Joel Lassinantti's new Luleå mask for the coming season.

A mask with a tribute to the Luleå legend Jarmo Myllys. He was Joel's childhood heroes, and also one of my first clients in the SHL back in the 90's. So it was for sure a special experience for me to create this design.

On a distance it is a clean classic and old school Luleå mask, and when you come closer it opens up and enters a new dimension of Luleå details all over the mask. The mask transforms into a storyteller design.

And for sure the mask is loaded with all the DAVEART Trademark Super FX.

Today we have the pleasure to present the Luleå HF's goalie Daniel Larsson's new SHL mask.

The whole design is built and created all in the details. On a distance it is a clean classic design, breathing Luleå hockey to 100% with the Luleå bear in focus. Then when you come closer a treasure map of details opens up and it takes you on a journey to the north of Sweden. A design that breath the history of Luleå Hockey.

It is always so exciting to paint and create for you Daniel! We have been working together for many years and I am looking forward to many years of great cooperation and evolve your mask art from mask to mask :)

Lassinantti´s new SHL mask is a tribute to the city of Luleå

I am very happy to present the new mask artwork for Luleå HF´s keeper Joel Lassinantti for the coming SHL season.

The design is a tribute to the classic logo of Luleå Hockey and the city of Luleå. In the middle in focus you will find the Luleå logo, and then all over the mask like a treasure map you will find so many details and paintings of Luleå town. You will find the harbor of Luleå, and also the theatre of Luleå, and so much more.

Of course the fans of Luleå is an important part of the design and you will also find the Bear logo of the Luleå fans.

Just as usual the design is loaded with all the DAVEART trademark effects, such as Metallic FX, Holographix FX, 3D PaintTech and so much more :)

Rautio´s latest SHL mask

It was so exciting to paint and create your latest Luleå HF mask, David Rautio :)

David´s new #SHL mask is created as an old school mask, totally breathing Luleå HF to 100%. And it is all created in an old style with lots and lots of cool scratches and marks.

And the closer you look, the more details you will discover. Yu will find the Swedish mountains of Lapporten here, and the key to the town of Luleå, and the bird Berguv, glittering Luleå HF snow flakes, and so much more…. It is the Rautio Code!

The Northern Lights on Bellissimo´s Luleå mask

Luleå´s new SHL mask for Daniel Bellissimo is built on all the mask art I have created for Luleå for almost two decades.

I have been working with Luleå HF since the mid 90s and it´s always so exciting to create new mask designs with the beautiful #Luleå logo. The classic logo with the powerful bear and the snowflakes and the northern lights, I really love it. Back in the 90´s I worked with Luleå´s keeper Jarmo #Myllys and we created many designs built on the team logo, and for every year since then we have evolved and evolved the designs.

Luleå´s new keeper Daniel #Bellissimo contacted me early during the spring and wanted to work with me. I told him about my new ideas for his new #SHL mask and he immediately gave me green light to start create. The design is a classic built design with the logo in focus with the graphic snow stars and the graphic northern lights in the night sky surrounding the mask.

Just as usual the design is fully loaded with all the Super FX. On the mask you can also find Bellissimo´s grandpa´s.

Rautio´s new SHL mask is old…

Me and David Rautio have been working together for more than a decade, many masks :) Today we present my friend´s latest bucket, and it´s created just as his previous mask, in a old and used style, because this mask is heavily used and scratched :) It delivers a cool vintage look.

The design is the story of David´s life, you will find so much details about David. Among them the bird Berguv, which is also one of Davids names, and the Swedish mountains Lapporten. Of course you will also find The Joker as on all David´s latest masks, and lots of other stuff, but biggest and in focus is the Luleå hockey dude of course.

A tribute to Mom

Today we have the pleasure to present the Swedish Elitserien team Luleå´s keeper David Rautio´s new mask. I have been working with David for many years, and this mask was extra special to create.

It is a tribute to David´s mother, and the design has so many messages. The bird on the side, called Berguv in Swedish, is also Davids second last name which he has from his mom. In the background you also find Lapporten, a famous valley in Northern Sweden. And there are a lot more details all over which are all parts of Rautio´s story, details is just what I love painting.

I love the challenge to create designs in different styles, this is a more free flowing and light design with soft colors.

Everything connects with the cool logo of Luleå and the beautiful jersey. A design that also has some bling-bling, the snow stars come from the Luleå bear logo.

Even a penguin is freezing in Luleå

Today we have the pleasure to present Luleå´s and Team Sweden´s Johan Gustafsson´s new Luleå mask. I´ve been working with Johan for many years, and he always wants his childhood cartoon favorite Pingu on the mask... :)

After he moved to Luleå in the north of Sweden he learned what cold weather is, so he wanted to tell about that on his new mask. A hockey playing Pingu is popping out through the mask made of ice, and just freezing his *ss off :) Of course he has a Luleå scarf on... And just as usual the mask is pumped with crazy details all over.

Congrats Team Sweden and Johan Gustafsson, check out his mask

Congrats to Team Sweden and keeper Johan Gustafsson to the Gold Medal in the Junior World Championship! Johan is keeper in the Swedish elite team Luleå HF and today we have the honor to present his gold medal winning Luleå mask.

I have been painting for Johan for many years, and he always wants a cool detail on his masks, the cool character Pingu. I love that! Johan wanted a very clean design with strong effects, and a light colored base.

I really love the Luleå bear, I remember when I painted it on Jarmo Mylly´s Luleå masks back on the 90´s. The bear fits perfect to paint in black and white, super old school. We placed it on the top of the mask, and the rest of the mask is painted just as if it´s totally ripped into pieces by a badass bear... A design that works both from distance, and when you come closer and discover all the details.

Cruel lines create Nilsson's mask design

It's always fun to try and explore new styles. Young Luleå star Anders Nilsson's Luleå design was created in old-fashion style with violent pinstripes mixed with cool airbrush effects. The strong contrasts between color and shape in the areas between the club logos is what makes this design.
